Hello there!

I'm Jackie, and I'm so glad you dropped by. 

Let me share a little bit about my journey and what inspired me to create "All Jazzed Up" Furniture Co.

I'm happily married to Adrian, and together with our children, we're a close-knit family. Our two wonderful, grown up children, Lauren and Sam, have already started out on their own adventures in the world and we couldn’t be more proud of the people they have become.

Our household is not just about the 2 legged family members, we’re also blessed with the delightful company and wisdom of Daisy, our cherished Cocker Spaniel, and Rosie, our sweet feline friend. 

Some time ago, our daughter, a true animal lover, introduced us to Jazz, the most adorable rescue pony.  Jazz's story of rescue and rehabilitation deeply touched our hearts, and it became the inspiration behind my business name.

Much like Jazz’s recuperation, my mission is to breathe new life into neglected things. Specifically, revitalising, beautifully crafted furniture.

So, "All Jazzed Up" Furniture Co was born, with a play on words and a heart full of determination.

The Journey So Far

Back in school, whilst I may not have been the A star student, I knew my creative spark would find its way to the surface one way or another.  

But before it did, life (and the need to have a “proper” job) led me into Retail Banking initially, but the whisper of the paintbrush always echoed in my ears.

As the years rolled on, I worked my way through various administration roles, venturing into clinical settings, but all the while, the whisper of the paintbrush was becoming louder.

In 2017, I made a pivotal decision. I started my own business, giving new life to vintage furniture. I began this journey alongside my part-time job while raising a family.

It wasn’t such a huge shock to the system though, because moving houses many times as a family, I always had a knack for renovating and decorating with colour, style, and passion. 

So, by now, not only was the paintbrush a trusty, constant companion, but the whisper had grown to a full blown shout!

As my business flourished, I took the leap of faith and left my part-time job. And let me tell you, it was the best decision I ever made.
