Step 1 Booking:
Secure "Your Spot" now with a £99 non-refundable deposit.
This covers Your Personal Design Consultation, furniture and material sourcing time, and secures your slot in my current Custom Orders Diary.
Step 2 Design & Quotation:
After your deposit is received, I will message you within 24 hours to discuss the details.
Please provide the following:
• The Piece: A picture of your existing furniture OR a description of the type of piece you want me to source with maximum measurements of the dedicated space in your home you have chosen for your bespoke furniture to be placed.
(e.g., "vintage pine dresser with brass pulls").
• The Vision: Your preferred style (e.g., Mid-Century, Boho, Farmhouse), color, and finish (e.g., distressed, solid eggshell, wax finish).
• I will then provide you with a final project quote and an estimated completion date (typically 6-10 weeks).
Step 3 Work Begins:
Once you approve the quote, the remaining balance is due. I will begin the sourcing, cleaning, prep, painting, and sealing process to bring your vision to life!
I will provide progress updates throughout the process.
What is included in my service:
The custom service I provide is for high-quality upcycling and refinishing services, which typically include:
✅ • Prep Work: Deep cleaning, necessary structural repairs, sanding, degreasing and priming.
✅ • Painting: Up to three coats of premium, low-VOC furniture paint in your selected custom colour.
✅ • Protection: Two coats of a durable, furniture-grade topcoat/sealer for maximum protection if requested.
✅ • Hardware Refresh: Cleaning and polishing existing hardware, or assistance with selecting and sourcing new hardware (cost of new hardware is billed separately).

Commission prices vary depending on the furniture size, brand, complexity of the design, and hardware costs.

Please expect a turnaround time of 6-10 weeks from the date the final quote is paid.
⭐️ Shipping/Pickup:
1. Free collection from my studio workshop in Barnstaple, EX31.
2. Complimentary delivery is offered within a 50 mile radius.
3. If you require national shipping further afield, please enquire providing your postcode before placing your deposit so I can provide a specialist, fully insured furniture courier quote.
